Unable to cope with the fearsome gum tree powered stove, and 20,000 miles later, the Taiwanese pizza stone bites the dust

Potato and pesto pizza and mozzarella with (Fratelli Fresh) roast tomato sauce
Fabada I Major freezer clear out, with pheasant legs and maybe duck wings, and some year old black and white Portuguese sausage. Cannelloni beans with whole shallots and tomato puree.
Fabada II Some chorizos stewed in as well, since we were feeding Lewis who helped with the move.
Alison visit Wagyu beef kebabs with bunya nuts in salad with macadamia nut dressing, so goddamn indigenous. Apart from the beef. And the salad.
Borodel sauv. blanc- at 800m it should be crisp, v good. Tuna steaks with salsa verde- capers, anchovies, basil, and a bit of mint and holy basil which needs used.
These quail beauties were cooked in lobster butter using a similar technique to the quails cooked with pancetta (spell check come up with placenta, thank-you). Next time I might just add the butter to the mash at the end so there isn't the necessity to skim it off the juices before they were reduced to unctuousness.
Beetroot pakora- Shona thinks I made these before, no idea. Grated beetroot, fine chopped garlic and chili and some aswein seed, a pungent relative of cumin?
